ARLINGTON, Texas, Jan. 6, 2009 — Mal Chandler will begin the new year in his new role as Vice President of sales at Equal Health. The McKinney resident, and father of two, brings his experience to one of the fastest-growing healthcare companies in north Texas. Chandler is originally from the Beaumont, TX area. He attended Lamar University where he received a BA in Business, with a minor in cultural anthropology.
Equal Health has been in business since 2001 and its sales team has expanded to over 30 employees in the corporate offices in Arlington. With more that 20 years experience in call center management, Chandler seems a perfect fit for the young company on the rise.
Equal Health president Chris Novinger knows how important it is to have experienced leaders: “We have a lot of great young, hungry and motivated salesmen, and now we have someone who has a track record of success to teach and lead them.” CEO Brady Spears adds, “Having a strong and experienced leader not only gives our employees the drive to succeed, it also assures our customers that Equal Health is a company that stops at nothing short of the best, from our employees to our service.”
Equal Health specializes in connecting individuals, families, and businesses with healthcare options beyond traditional insurance plans. With licensed agents across the country, Equal Health has become one of the nation’s fastest-growing healthcare providers by meeting the needs of everyday Americans in a time where traditional health insurance is becoming unaffordable, not providing efficient coverage or denying qualification for deserving individuals.
