Certification means that the product qualifies for Meaningful Use implementation, enabling the eligible hospital or medical professional to receive incentives provided by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

2. MEDAZIP Version 110111.000 (Complete Inpatient EHR, Cert. #IG-2349-11-0045)
- Certification Criteria: General 170.302(a) – 170.302(v) and Inpatient 170.306(a) – 170.306(i)
- Clinical Quality Measures: All CQMs listed in 170.306(i).
These Complete EHRs are 2011/2012 compliant and have been certified by InfoGard Laboratories, an ONC-ATCB, in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services or guarantee the receipt of incentive payments.
