E3 Clean Technologies Wins "Most Likely to Succeed" Award at Launch: Silicon Valley and is Named "Top Innovator" by youngStartup Ventures

E3 Clean Technologies impressed investors and audiences at two high profile venture capital events this June.

ATHENS, Ohio, July 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — On June 6th, E3 Clean Technologies presented at Launch: Silicon Valley 2013, a premier product launch event for startups sponsored by SVForum, Garage Technology Ventures (Guy Kawasaki), and Microsoft.  Out of the 300 companies that applied from around the world, only 30 were invited to pitch their products at this year's event. The audience and investors selected six winning companies based on the most promising presentations. E3 Clean Technologies proudly accepted the award for "Most Likely to Succeed" in the Clean Tech category.  The panel of judges included: Paul Fox from California Clean Energy Angel Fund, Lee Burrows of VantagePoint Capital Partners, and Mark Perutz of DBL Investors.

On June 18th, E3 moved on to New York City where the company was among 50 "Top Innovators" selected to present at the 13th annual New York Venture Summit. Over 400 companies applied for the opportunity to pitch to an audience of leading Venture Capitalists, Corporate VCs, private investors and investment bankers. The summit was presented by youngStartup Ventures and had many sponsors, including Goodwin Proctor, Sheppard Mullin, Dell, Bosch and Motorola Solutions, to name a few.
