Digalog Introduces a Fully Integrated PXI Test Solution

NEW BERLIN, Wis., April 21, 2004 — Digalog Systems Inc. of New Berlin, WI, would like to invite you to visit us at Booth # 2630 at NEPCON East / ELECTRO 2004 Show in Boston at the Hynes Convention Center on May 5th and 6th, 2004. We will be introducing our next generation of test systems, the Series 2050.

Centered on the globally accepted PXI (PCI Extensions for Instrumentation) standard, the 2050 combines a wide 18-slot 6U PXI chassis with an additional 9U resource chassis.

The 2050 can integrate the wide selection of PXI cards, available from more than 60 vendors including Digalog Systems, with standard or customer designed Digalog test and signal conditioning resources. This flexibility offers systems ranging from a standard PXI tester through to a powerful system capable of being configured as multiple testers in a single cabinet.

UUT (Unit-Under-Test) connection is done through a highly configurable Virginia Panel interface to a maximum of 3,456 pins.

The 2050 capabilities have evolved from Digalog’s 30 plus years of experience in providing test solutions to the electronics manufacturing industry. The result is an innovative test system that is cost effective yet capable of expanding to meet the challenges of tomorrow.

Preliminary information on the 2050 is available at Digalog’s web site: http://www.digalogsystems.com or by email from sales@digalogsys.com.
