At his green building seminar presentation for the sheet metal contractors' (SMACNA) annual meeting next week in Maui, Hawaii, the green building book author and keynote speaker will give his views as to why building owners and real estate developers across the country are building not only LEED-certified green buildings but also those that aspire to net-zero-energy goals, typically with on-site or off-site solar power systems.
