Ham comes to Society43 from Lantern Moon, where he served as Director of Sales and Marketing. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience in sales and marketing from companies including Larson Juhl, owned by Berkshire Hathaway, and American Greetings/Carlton Cards, a Fortune 300 company. Most recently, as Sales and Marketing Director at Lantern Moon, he successfully grew sales by 30% in his first four months while implementing comprehensive new sales systems and marketing initiatives.
Ham will bring his extensive sales and management experience to his role at Society43 to further develop and execute the company's national and international sales strategies.
