ALPHARETTA, Ga., Aug. 9, 2005 — Civitium, LLC, the market-leading consulting firm for municipal broadband and Digital Community initiatives, has been selected to provide strategy, business planning and technical advisory services to the City of New Haven, Connecticut. The City has engaged Civitium to complete a feasibility study, facilitate a decision on a business model for public access, inventory relevant city-owned assets, complete a preliminary radio frequency (RF) study and analyze the costs and benefits of a citywide wireless network.

The City expects the initial planning process for the network to occur over the next two months, and will then determine the best course of action.
