Cemtrex Signs Representative Agreement with International Sensor Technology

FARMINGDALE, N.Y., April 2, 2012 — Cemtrex Inc. (OTC: CTEI), a leader in emissions monitoring systems, today announced the signing of a representative agreement with International Sensor Technologies, based in Irvine, CA.

This agreement expands Cemtrex's already strong experience in gas analysis systems with a complementary set of Gas detection sensors and products from International Sensor Technologies. The agreement was signed to further enhance Cemtrex's product offering to include new Solid state sensors, electrochemical sensors, Infrared sensors, Photo ionization detectors and Catalytic sensors that can measure over 150 types of toxic and combustible gases.

Cemtrex's MIP division presently markets gas analyzers designed for emissions monitoring and sensors. The new offering includes a complete line of instrumentation, portables, single and multi-point stationary instruments, stand-alone sensor transmitters, and computerized gas monitoring systems.
