Catylist has been gaining momentum in the commercial real estate space this year, launching advanced system enhancements and adding a new division. Mid-year, Catylist rolled out Scenario Search, the industry’s first scenario-based interface allowing users to filter results, in real-time, by changing criteria. They’ve also integrated many basic research features, including demographics and market statistics. Most recently, they introduced Catylist Consulting, a new service division providing professionals with custom print and web design and marketing-focused consulting. The service offers everything from company websites with integrated listing search engines to fully custom property-level and corporate marketing campaigns.
