BIG SKY, Mont., June 3, 2008 — Carradan Skis has launched two new models of the world's most exclusive line of snow skis, the $12,000 all-mountain Copperhead(TM) and the more extreme $19,000 Mamba(TM).
Constructed using some of the most advanced ski technologies available today, the Copperhead and Mamba models are handcrafted using rare and unusual materials such as bamboo, Okume and lightweight carbon fibers. Each ski incorporates Carradan patented technologies such as the CRYO:2(TM) cryogenically treated steel edges that increase toughness and stability and the FLEX:2(TM) core, a revolutionary innovation designed to minimize the total impact on a skier's lower body.
