Rick has been with Capitol since 2002, leading Capitol’s commercial surety division to become one of the premier commercial surety operations in the country. His 25 years of experience in the surety and fidelity business, along with his focus on profitability, ease of doing business and agent customer relationships, are but a few of Rick’s many strengths.
