Rather than follow the traditional inefficient model of showing properties for sale, B4B is a national database of anonymous buyers who have defined what they want and which is then searchable by real estate agents and sellers around the country.

Anyone interested in buying real estate can quickly and easily sign up for free. Buyers describe the type of property they want, while sellers can sign up to check if there are any buyers interested in their area. Plus, real estate agents can input information for each of their buyers and locate buyers for listings they have for sale.
Then, real estate agents and private sellers simply check the B4B website daily to see if any buyers have expressed interest in purchasing a property in their area. If so, an agent or seller can let the buyer know the availability of their property, though the buyer’s information remains anonymous until he or she wishes to disclose their personal information.
Only after a purchase or sale that B4B helped facilitate completes does B4B get a referral fee. Referral fees are less than the standard practice and buyers are never obligated to make any payments to B4B.
