Creative Focus Staffing changes its name to Arrowmac, raising better awareness of its niche staffing services
COSTA MESA, Calif., March 4, 2009 — In today’s economic climate, companies everywhere are looking for fresh ways to gain a crucial competitive advantage. And that’s why one Southern California-based corporation, Creative Focus, Inc., is making a name change of their Creative Focus Staffing division and revamping its branding to “Arrowmac” (http://www.arrowmac.com). The new division name, Arrowmac, is an acronym for Advanced Recruitment Resource of Web, Marketing, Advertising, Creative. This identity makeover is a strategy to capitalize on the changes taking place with the economy, and better communicate the company’s mission and staffing services.
“There’s no better time to re-brand than now,” says Eamonn Fitzgerald, vice president of Arrowmac. “With the current economic climate, it’s now a level playing field between the nationals and the locally owned and operated agencies like ourselves. It’s so important that we are recognized for our experience, our excellence, and that we stand out from the crowd. The new name will ensure we stand out from the competition, not only in service but in name also. This re-branding will take us to the next level in our ambition to be the number-one source of web, marketing, advertising and creative personnel in Southern California. And we expect continued growth as we expand the new brand over the next 18 months.”
With the Arrowmac brand, none of the company’s core characteristics or benefits will be lost, as the company is committed to its signature services and remaining a hub for top talent. For the past 12 years, Arrowmac has been a progressive leader in providing quality temp, temp-to-hire, and full-time services for the Orange County, Calif. area. It has earned a reputation for representing top creative, advertising and marketing professionals.
“The name change to Arrowmac better presents what we do, and this will help us reach more potential clients and job candidates,” Fitzgerald says. “The types of professionals we place are art directors, copywriters, graphic designers, account executives and more. Arrowmac partners with top ad agencies, design studios and corporations, including some Fortune 500 companies, in their endeavor to attract the talent they need to support their success. The demand for such hires is out there, but we just need to make sure we’re making it easy for potential partners and talent to find us, and easily understand what we offer through our name. The new division name Arrowmac will help take us to the next level in service and go beyond the limitations we endured with the word ‘creative.’”
