Bisk's CPEasy and Bisk CPA Review division joins Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting business unit
TAMPA, Fla., Sept. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Bisk Education, one of the nation's largest providers of online education from America's leading universities, has sold its Continuing Professional Education ("CPE") and test preparation services for the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination ("CPA") to Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting Business.
Included in the sale is Bisk CPEasy, America's best-selling CPE programs for Public and Industry CPAs since 1971. With more than 300 continuing professional education programs in a variety of multimedia formats, including online, video and live webcasts, CPEasy complements the existing Thomson Reuters continuing professional education line of business. Also included in the sale is Bisk's CPA Review, with its remarkable record of helping more than 150,000 CPA candidates pass the Uniform CPA Exam.
