LOS ANGELES, Nov. 18, 2009 — Benevolence Beyond Politics, Inc. has become the common link between Humanitarian and Medical Mission Organizations and the vast number of underprivileged babies, children and adults worldwide by providing the most time and cost-effective methods of shipping medical supplies and equipment for humanitarian organizations and medical missionaries. BBP strives to resolve the conflict of interest that occurs when non-profit organizations have shipping needs and must use the services of for-profit shipping companies. BBP also offers financial assistance and fundraising support, whenever possible, to ensure attentive and swift action is taken to meet each organization’s needs.
From surgical supplies and tools, to hospital furniture, medical equipment such as EKG machines, infant warmers, incubators, heart and lung machines, ultrasound machines, to disposable medical supplies and even wheelchairs, BBP is clearly prepared to take on any task, small or large. BBP can arrange for pickup services from donor locations, as well as packaging, wrapping, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and other various forms of protection to prevent damage to the equipment during transportation. Their services are available to any and all humanitarian organizations that meet their qualifying criteria.
Benevolence Beyond Politics was founded in July 2009 by Eric Charles, who left his career as a Sales Manager of an International Logistics company to create an organization that can provide honest, visible rates and shipping solutions to help complete many medical mission and donation projects worldwide. With inspirations from hands-on loading of incubators, hospital beds and other medical equipment to attending events expressing the issues facing many individuals around the world, Eric found his true calling in life. He created an organization that works relentlessly to alleviate the shipping responsibilities, and whenever possible the cost. This allows for other non-profit organizations to direct their attention and energies to the common goal of all involved, “saving precious lives.”
Benevolence Beyond Politics, Inc. supports those less fortunate and is determined to help aid in the saving of lives. To date, BBP has assisted with some 20 missions and intends to grow and expand their capabilities to support medical and humanitarian missions worldwide. In the coming year we hope to dramatically increase the number of missions we support, with your help; therefore, Benevolence will be hosting their “Inaugural Fundraising Formal Dinner” on the evening of December 5th, 2009 at the Renaissance Montura Hotel. The event will feature a three-course dinner, musical entertainment by “The Ladies Choice String Quartet,” a guest speaker, video presentation, and a silent auction.
