With the close of each financing transaction, Beacon forwards a series of electronic evaluations to all related parties (i.e. business applicant, equipment seller and referral source). Evaluation feedback is closely monitored by Beacon's management team and is used to identify potential issues, recognize preferences and develop solutions.
Beacon's customer satisfaction rating allows clients to evaluate its services on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 representing the strongest performance. During the month of May 2013, Beacon earned a perfect 10 customer satisfaction rating. Year-to date 2013, Beacon's satisfaction rating has averaged 8.75.
