Beacon Funding Announces Addition to Financing Team: Scott Oshel, Equipment Leasing Veteran, Brings Experience of Unique Financing Structures, Looks to Extend Beyond Beacon's Traditional Market

NORTHBROOK, Ill., April 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Beacon Funding is pleased to announce the addition of Scott Oshel to its equipment financing team. He brings more than 20 years of diverse equipment financing experience to Beacon, which broadens the reach of its financing capabilities.

Based in Robbinsville, N.J., Scott's primary responsibility at Beacon will be to help his business clients acquire the equipment they need to grow. He will also help equipment dealers increase sales by expanding the competitive payment options they offer to clients.

Scott has a comprehensive background in a variety of equipment types and a variety of industries, including construction, recycling, supermarkets, restaurants, trucking and pharmaceutical. He has funded deals for refrigeration, Astroturf, paper and metal recycling systems and unique items for the hospitality industry.

Since joining Beacon in January, Scott has structured unique deals, including financing for a three-dimensional box scanner and dog kennels for a dog hotel and spa. Scott's presence has given Beacon the means to serve more customers and extend its traditional target market.
