As an artist, my artistic expression uses the creations of others -- their lives. My intention is to inspire you to live a fuller life by helping you to see more deeply who you are. Greater awareness of Self allows for transformation. Using Life Portraits, I can create a unique, individual piece of art for you which 1) mirrors back the existing beauty you have already created in life, allowing for greater gratitude, and 2) offers a broader perspective of your 'Self', clarifying the direction you are meant to go with your life to experience peace and fulfillment. As a coach, I use creativity and information about living in harmony with life to help connect you to your true self; I help you to see, and feel, the connection to who you really are. You are encouraged to grow from what you learn about life & yourself. These insights serve as a powerful transformational tool, one you can refer to over and over again to continue your growth, and stay true to your purpose, bringing greater shifts in perspective, and enabling you to live your authentic life. While I have studied in the traditional sense, receiving a BFA, and Certificates in Holistic Counseling, I feel life has been my greatest teacher. When we're open to learn and grow, life's lessons can be seen, and we are led where we're meant to go.
