Toby Mathis has been an attorney for 12 years, served as a director at BOSS for 10 years and been its general manager for two. Additionally, he has been a partner in the law firm Anderson Law Group since 1999. For the last 10 years, his practice and efforts have been focused solely on business formation and operations. Mathis has written dozens of articles on a variety of business subjects and has published the first and second editions of his book "Tax-Wise Business Ownership."
