Timothy L. Culver is a native of Mesquite, TX. He is an honor graduate of Baylor University. He has also earned an MS in Engineering and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He is employed as an executive director at AT&T's software company, Sterling Commerce. Tim attends Baylor University part-time where he is pursuing his Ph.D. Tim and his wife Sara reside in Sunnyvale, TX, with three of their four children.
