The ICEcard

The ICEcard Company Profile

It fits into your wallet, your purse, your pocket or your children's backpacks. You determine the information to be included to ensure you or your family members receive appropriate treatment In Case of an Emergency and that your family is notified in a timely manner. First responders (police, fire, emergency medical technicians) to an accident scene or medical emergency look for patient information before beginning treatment. Is there a medic alert bracelet/card? What medications are currently being used by the patient? Does the patient have allergies? Is the patient receiving chemotherapy? Has the patient had an organ transplant? All of the answers to these questions are vital to the patient's treatment. If this information is not readily available, the individual could be at risk In Case of an Emergency.
