What makes Supreme Ultimate Fitness so unique is the knowledge and excitement Dale Buchanan brings to your fitness program and your life. Not only 30+ years of fitness training but also the principles of T’ai Chi and many other Asian disciplines which he has studied along the way and incorporates them into your fitness program. This is a total body and mind conditioning system. You get the attention of personal training in small groups of 4-8 people. This allows you to achieve your goals faster and safer than other program because the focus is on YOU and the road map needed to get you results! You have the group energy with the motivation and guidance from Dale. High Intensity Training is different for each person and generally refers to the work capacity that your body can handle measured mostly by the heart rate. High Intensity cardio refers to 90% of your maximum HR rate which is 220-age x90%. Therefore what will be high intensity for one person may be easy for somebody else.
