Seventeen years ago, Beatrice Vergano came to Jamaica to attend a Reggae Sumfest. In a visit to Roaring River in the western region of the Island, she discovered a spot of land close by that, to her was simply “a piece of heaven on earth." What she discovered was nature's exquisite tapestry; towering hills with unobstructed views of culture rich sugarcane valleys extending for miles to the Caribbean Sea, mineral rich natural springs surrounded by lush tropical fauna.
