As our tagline suggests, SentinelAgent is an evolution - one that began when Montreal-based TechWise Networks, an established and successful custom web application development company, made the decision to grow beyond the confines of its service-based business model and spun up a new company that would focus exclusively on new SaaS products. Over our many years in the business, we’ve been through enough IT nightmares to know that unexpected hardware failures can be a major threat to businesses and cause countless headaches for IT professionals. Sure there were many monitoring solutions on the market to help reduce the frequency these failures, but all of them were either over-priced, over-weight or overly-complex to integrate and NONE were 100% cloud-based. So, we tasked our savvy driven squad of IT veterans, business development superstars and crafty entrepreneurs to come up with a product that would turn the tables on the specter of such failures AND be affordable, lightweight, simple to integrate and take full advantage of the latest in cloud technology. The idea: a true cloud Windows® monitoring SaaS with a cloud-based UI and cloud data storage. Within a year, thanks to a dedicated R&D team and visionary leadership, we delivered what we’d set out to accomplish. SentinelAgent was born.
