Rasmus Lindgren Company Profile

Hi, my name is Rasmus, 36 years old and I live in Denmark with my family. In January 2008 I read the book The 4-Hour Workweek by Timothy Ferriss and got inspired. I was in the IT business and saw that some of the stuff Tim wrote about in his book, was clearly possible. And while I will never be as hardcore as Tim is, there were certainly ideas in the book that I could see myself using. This blog is all about my experiments with Living The Four Hour Work Week – although my weeks are currently longer :) Businesses I am owner of the company Infospray Consulting where I currently work for 3-4 months each year doing IT consultacy services on the .NET/Sharepoint and Ruby on Rails platforms. Besides this I have a couple of lifestyle businesses doing Magento webshops for the Danish market, and one doing linkbuilding also for the Danish market. There are also a lot of other small sites/muses in my portfolio I will talk more about those and how they develop on the blog. Passions I am really passionate about teaching and coaching other people, and helping them grow. This is something I have done a little the last couple of years, but expect that I will do even more in the near future. Besides the one on one coaching sessions I also do workshops in the “4-Hour Workweek” (DEAL) model that Timothy Ferriss outlines in his book. Family I live with my loving girlfriend Natascha, our wonderful little princess Cecilie and our baby boy Oliver.
