First, in partnership with our health plan customer, we use sophisticated analytics, predictive modeling and specific referral mechanisms to pinpoint a unique targeted population, typically 10-15% of most health plan’s memberships*. Then, we apply proven direct-to-consumer marketing strategies to engage these members in customized, ongoing dialogues that are based on member response in order to drive action. We know that without meaningful engagement, the ability to deliver relevant, customized interventions is impossible. Next, we focus on impacting the two utilization categories that truly spike costs – ER visits and inpatient admissions.
