Rod Dowdell has passion – lots of it – for a lot of things! Before he CoreFit Storyfounded CoreFit Finess, he hadn’t found his TRUE passion. That sent him on a journey of discovery. On the road to fulfilling his vision for a unique approach to personal training and becoming known to happy clients as simply “Trainer Rod,” he explored many things, including law enforcement, criminal justice, medicine and other possibilities. But none of them seemed to completely fulfill his desire to make a real, positive difference in people’s lives…until he founded CoreFit Fitness. Today, CoreFit Fitness is the result of Rod’s personal explorations and transformations and the place adults, families and kids come to build Strength For Life and transform themselves! In order to build strong lives, CoreFit has evolved to become a valued resource for people of all ages, shapes and sizes. There is a special interest in helping kids with Asperger’s syndrome, ADHD, anxiety, obesity, diabetes and other challenging conditions, to gain confidence, self-esteem and focus through fitness and lifestyle coaching.
