Each bottle of our vinous passion is pampered from fruit inception, through meticulous fermentation and crush, then laying to rest in ultimate French oak cooperage prior to bottling. Small annual production quantities without time and go-to-market pressures allow Amour Privé to consistently produce top-flight, ultra premium wines. Our Hommage classification is the synergistic result of the confluence of old world values and modern idealism. Rive Gauche: Noble, stately, firm, this Cabernet Sauvignon dominated red wine exudes structure. History Established in 2008 The Winery was started as a result of many trips abroad to France among other countries. Bordeaux was fasinating, as well as the wines of the region. We at Amour Privé wanted to bring some of that passion for wine and winemaking here and have created our proprietery blend as a result. We have the Left bank Cabernet Sauvignon and the Right bank Merlot dominant blends as well as a Cabernet Merlot blend.
