The Foundation was formed in 2004, a 501(c)3 to provide the latest scientific evidence about birth, nurture and parental influence on the development of children, from pregnancy through adolescence and its global impact. The co-directors of the Foundation are Jeffrey L. Fine, Ph.D., a Humanistic Psychologist, and his co-therapist and wife, Dalit Fine, an MS in Family Counseling. They are both public speakers who travel to serve communities around the world.
