Ardent Eagle JV, LLC Awarded Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II) Information Technology Contract Small Business HUBZone Track

Contract is a multiple award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide IT solutions across a wide range of support services.

RESTON, Va., Nov. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Ardent Eagle JV, LLC was awarded the Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II) Information Technology Contract under the Small Business HUBZone track on July 31, 2013. The contracting vehicle provides Department of Homeland Security (DHS) clients an agency-wide platform for acquiring information technology (IT) service solutions. The joint venture (JV) was selected for Functional Category 1: Engineering, Design, Development, Implementation and Integration. The EAGLE II program is a $22 billion contract vehicle that will provide economic opportunity for HUBZone contractors to compete on federal contracts bringing federal contracting dollars to the firm's software development center located on Maui, Hawaii.

Ardent Eagle, JV, LLC (Ardent Eagle), is owned by Ardent Management Consulting, Inc. (ArdentMC) and Pan America Computers, Inc. (PCITec). ArdentMC is the controlling partner and has provided support to DHS clients since 2006 and is supported by PCITec's extensive cross-agency experience, and background in high volume sales. The team is a purpose-designed joint venture to support the Department of Homeland Security. The prime contract number is HQHSDC-13-D-E2042.

Since its inception, the EAGLE program has been a cornerstone in the DHS Strategic Sourcing program. With EAGLE II, DHS will refresh and update the current EAGLE program and will incorporate lessons learned from the previous seven years. The contract is a multiple award, indefinite-delivery / indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide IT solutions through performance of a wide range of support services.

He currently supports programs within Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Sector Outreach and Programs Division (SOPD), National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD) and Operations and Planning (OPS). As the Vice President of ArdentMC's Operations Division, Mr. Casey is also responsible for executive oversight of multiple contract vehicles (indefinite-delivery / indefinite-quantity (IDIQ), blanket purchase agreement (BPA), basic ordering agreement (BOA), task orders (TO) etc.) with a total contract value in excess of $34M.
