Allure Energy Awarded Fifth Patent on Proximity Control Technology

AUSTIN, Texas, May 11, 2012 — Allure Energy, Inc. has been awarded its fifth patent on their Proximity Control Technology, with plans to grow its portfolio to over 75 patent applications by year end.

On May 8th, 2012, Allure Energy was awarded United States Patent 8,174,381, adding to its portfolio of nearly 40 pending and issued patents. The current issued patent covers the ability to enable proximity control of a smart energy device using a smartphone. Proximity control allows for use of location-based services to automatically adjust thermostats, alarms systems, lights and other smart devices that are installed in a home or other locations.
