AirPlay Direct Partners with Grammy Award-Winning Musician Carl Jackson to Launch Collective Evolution Entertainment Consulting Firm

About Carl Jackson:

Multiple Grammy Award winner Carl Jackson was born in Louisville, Mississippi in 1953 and hit the stage at fourteen landing a job with bluegrass greats, Jim & Jesse. At eighteen he joined the legendary Glen Campbell for 12 years. Jackson has written songs performed by Glen Campbell, Garth Brooks, Vince Gill, Pam Tillis, Trisha Yearwood, Joe Diffie, Diamond Rio, Brad Paisley, and hundreds of others. Carl's latest project, Grace Notes available on iTunes, is an inspired guitar instrumental portrait of dearly loved hymns. Recorded using a collection of rare acoustic guitars, some dating back to mid-1800s, features Jackson's own voice telling the "story" behind each instrument.
