Change Management Leader Prosci Launches Worldwide Study

Over the past 15 years, Prosci, the world leader in research and content creation in the field of change management, has conducted seven formal benchmarking studies. More than 2600 organizations, including private sector and government agencies, from 65 countries have participated in Prosci's research studies. Today, the company announces the launch of their eighth worldwide Best Practices in Change Management benchmarking study.
Do 70% of change projects actually fail? Prosci's study sets out to explore this commonly cited statistic in addition to many other topics that are currently impacting professionals and business leaders. The study investigates methods for measuring the value-add of change management, how organizations deal with overwhelming change, how organizations incorporate change management job roles, and factors that drive resourcing and budget decisions.
The newest study presents an opportunity for business leaders, project managers, change management team members and consultants alike to share their project stories, perspectives and experiences. The findings will be published in the 2014 Edition of Best Practices in Change Management, a compendium report including data from previous studies alongside findings from the current study.
