Prior to Brilliant Blue, Olson served as President of the Americas for Sola International, a global manufacturer of ophthalmic lenses. He has significant experience in developing organizations, manufacturing, and management. Brett also served as President of Black & Decker Brazil where he drove a 100% increase in business and restructured manufacturing operations. Prior to this he was CFO of Black & Decker Mexico.
