"Our Bush Faith television documentary was produced independent of any contact with the White House, the Bush administration or influence from the Bush-Cheney Election Campaign," says David Balsiger, director of the Bush documentary. The TV special is largely based on recently released best-selling books - "George W. Bush On God and Country," by Tom Freiling, and "A Man of Faith: The Spiritual Journey of George W. Bush," by David Aikman, former senior correspondent for Time Magazine. Viewers will also see extensive interview segments with Stephen Mansfield, author of "The Faith of George W. Bush."
