Press Release
Executive Home Rental in Virginia Beach for Sniper Trials
Executive housing available in Virginia Beach for the Malvo
and Muhammad trials
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., Aug. 12, 2003 -- Local homeowners in
Virginia Beach have come together to provide an
unprecedented service to the media and other interested
persons. "With the trials of John Muhammad and John Malvo
set to begin in October, an additional strain has been put
on an already tight housing rental market in Virginia Beach.
Hotels have quadrupled their rates, there are no permanent
executive homes for rent, which creates a problem for the
influx of media coming to Virginia Beach for the 'sniper
trials'," says Tom Lang, a Virginia Beach realtor and
homeowner.
Lang, along with his business partner Eric Holloman, provide
the solution with short-term executive homes for rent with
all the amenities. These amenities include the following,
among others: fireplaces, Jacuzzi tubs, high speed Internet
and cable TV -- all the luxuries of home away from home.
"With what the hotels have done in Chesapeake, going to $300
a night fee with a thirty night minimum, you can rent a 3200
sq ft home for the same price. One property is only 7/10 of
a mile away from the Virginia Beach courthouse," says Lang.
