Microsoft Outlook Becomes Spam-Free With Release of Free
Eliminate Spam! Solution
NEW YORK, NY - Jan. 27, 2003 - In 2002, spam messages caused
U.S. corporations losses totaling $8.9 billion, according to
a recent Ferris Research report. This year, Microsoft
Outlook users will be able to enjoy spam-free communications
with a free Eliminate Spam!(TM) Microsoft Outlook add-on
released by KMGI, a leading Internet technologies company.
Eliminate Spam! is a comprehensive anti-spam solution which
uses more than 170 customizable spam filters and external
databases of known spammers to accurately remove practically
all spam messages. If a junk message does sneak through the
filters, in one click Eliminate Spam! users can trash the
message, ban the sender or sender's domain, and report the
spammer to a central spam-prevention database.
"If the same sender is banned by several users, we know that
a spamming campaign is in progress - and Eliminate Spam!
will not deliver messages from this sender to other users'
Inbox. Instead, it will be quarantined in the Junk Mail
folder," says Alex Konanykhin, CEO of KMGI. "We give e-mail
users a tool to fight back and drive spammers out of
existence. The sooner the spammers realize that their spam
will never reach the destination, the sooner we will see the
tide of spam receding."
To ensure that no valid email is removed, the software
doesn't apply filtering to emails coming from people in the
user's Address Book, his/her customized Allowed Senders
list, or from anyone the user has e-mailed. Eliminate Spam!
is an easy and effective anti-spam solution for email users
worldwide who are increasingly bogged down by unwanted junk
messages. Whereas a number of anti-spam programs are
currently available at $25-$50 range, KMGI plans to achieve
the market domination by distributing the most advanced
solution of the market free of charge - the approach which
was successfully used by Microsoft in the "Browser Wars".
KMGI is a leading Internet technologies company. KMGI's
client list includes CNN, U.S. Army, Dupont, GE, Macromedia,
Volvo, US Filter, Pfizer, Aventis, Accenture, CBS, MTV, Best
Western, Washington Post, Siemens, New York Post and the
Government of United Arab Emirates. KMGI's innovations have
been acclaimed as "the future of the Internet" (Forbes) and
other major publications. For more information on Eliminate
