"MKC's first year of operations occurred in 1898," says Tony Koblinski, President and CEO of Madison-Kipp Corporation. "At that time, less than a dozen employees showed up for work. In the decades since — as the 20th Century passed and the 21st Century began — more than 25,000 dedicated MKC workers have met our customers' need for essential precision metal components and helped MKC, Madison and the surrounding area prosper."

Recognized internationally as a premier producer, Madison-Kipp Corporation makes precision machined aluminum die cast components and subassemblies for the transportation, industrial, lawn and garden, and leisure-end markets. Known for utilizing innovative technology and engineering, the company now employs over 400 highly skilled workers in Madison and nearby Sun Prairie, Wis.

Noting that Madison-Kipp Corporation employees have an average tenure of nearly 17 years, Koblinski says, "We're pleased that many of our employees have been with us for decades. As we celebrate our 115th anniversary, we want to thank and salute each of the thousands of employees who've helped us succeed over that extraordinary period of time."
